Terms and Conditions

  1. All advertising bookings must be confirmed in writing on a booking form which is available from here or available from Shop 2, 126 William Street Port Macquarie.
  2. A booking confirmation will be provided by email only and advertisers will be required to check the booking and invoice details are correct prior to the advertising deadline. After the advertising deadline charges apply.
  3. Prior to the advertising deadline you can provide in writing any amendments, variations, or to cancel all or part of the advertisement without penalty.
  4. If an Advertiser cancels all or part of a Booking after the material deadline, Hot Women will charge the booking payment.
  5. Advertisers warrants that any advertisement lodged with Hot Women:
    1. complies with all laws, statutes, regulations, codes of practice and any standards applicable to publication of Copy and determined by any relevant regulatory agency or industry self - regulatory body;
    3. complies with any standard or requirement specified by Hot Women and notified to the Advertisers from time to time;
    4. does not infringe copyright, trademark or other legal rights of any person;
    5. is not false or misleading and is true in substance and in fact;
    6. without limiting the above, does not infringe the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Australia) (as amended) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) (as amended); and
    7. does not contain anything which may give rise to any cause of action by a third party against Hot Women, including without limitation material which is defamatory or obscene or which otherwise causes injury or damage to any person.
  6. Advertisements are accepted for publication on the condition that the advertiser indemnifies the publisher and its servants and contractors against all actions, suits, claims, loss and/or damage and expenses resulting from anything published by the advertiser.

    7. Rates and Charges

  7. The rate to be charged to an advertiser will be specified on the booking form.
  8. The advertiser must pay the applicable rates to Hot Women no more than 14 days after the presentation of Hot Women’s invoice.
  9. Any additional costs for graphic design will be shown on the Booking Form.
  10. Hot Women may in its discretion provide an advertiser with a discount.
  11. All prices displayed on Advertising copy must include any GST applicable or specify the GST component in accordance with Australian Government legislation.

    12. Conditions Relating to Publishing Advertisements or Information

  12. Hot Women may, at its discretion, refuse to accept any copy or part of the copy for any reason and may at any time cancel or reschedule any booking.
  13. Hot Women may, at its discretion, refuse to publish advertisements if the Advertiser is in breach of these conditions or any agreement between Advertiser and Hot Women.
  14. Allocated advertising space may not be resold or sub-licensed by Advertiser.
  15. No guarantee will be given to any preferred position requested by the Advertiser.
  16. If Hot Women is unable to perform an obligation under these conditions by reason of an event outside Hot Women’s reasonable control, performance of that obligation is suspended.
  17. No responsibility will be accepted for any loss arising from the failure of an advertisement or any part thereof to appear or from any error from an advertisement.
  18. Advertisements are accepted subject to the approval of Hot Women.
  19. Finished artwork must be submitted according to specifications set out on the Booking Form.
  20. All art work provided to Hot Women for advertising purposes must be provided as a PDF or Jpeg or tif file.

    Prior to sending your file direct to Hot Women please check that:

    • Resolution is 72dpi at correct size
    • All images embedded in files are 300dpi at correct size
      Size is exact
    • All files to be supplied as RGB
    • All files to be supplied in PDF or jpg format only

    PDF of display advertising is included for proofing

    Photographs

  21. Photographs supplied to support editorial should be at least 235 mm x 10mm and of a professional quality. ‘Soft Lens’ shots of the type often found in glamour photography are not suitable. The content should be editorial, and taken in a setting depicting your workplace or a situation applicable to the story rather than portrait style. Please supply at 300dpi RGB

    22. Indemnity

  22. Advertisers indemnifies Hot Women, it's employees, agents and affiliates, and their employees and agents against any action, claim, loss or expense arising from publication of advertising or cancellation or failure to publish an advertisement and all costs, losses and expenses suffered or incurred by Hot Women, its employees, agents and affiliates, and their employees and agents as a result of any breach by an Advertiser of these conditions or any agreement between the Advertiser and Hot Women.

    23. Liability

  23. Hot Women will not be liable under these conditions or otherwise in law and the Advertiser acknowledges that Hot Women excludes liability under these conditions and in law for any indirect, special, economic or consequential loss or damage suffered or incurred by The Advertiser or loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, data or opportunities or loss of anticipated savings whether caused by negligence or otherwise and whether or not Hot Women was aware or should have been aware of the possibility of such damage.
  24. To the extent permitted by law, all other representations, conditions or warranties, whether based is statute, common law or otherwise, are excluded. Liability of Hot Women for any breach of a term or condition implied by law is limited, at Hot Women’s option to the supply of any service again or the payment for the cost of having any service supplied again.
